UNH Law's LLM degree in International Criminal Law and Justice is available 100 percent online and addresses fast-paced developments in the globalization of commerce, terrorism, human rights, and criminal law, especially over the past 30 years.
The program is ideal for practicing lawyers, professionals, students, and scholars in diplomatic, criminal justice, military, and law enforcement communities around the world. Students gain insight from the program’s multi-national approach and master transnational law courses focused on domestic crimes with international implications, and also study the implications of nations expanding the reach of their domestic criminal statutes, the creation of the International Criminal Court and Special Tribunals and United Nations conventions, with bi- and multi-lateral treaties.... LLM in International Criminal Law - for both foreign and US graduates
Taught by leading experts in the field, this program provides students who hold a degree in law with an in-depth knowledge of international criminal law and procedure, international humanitarian law and national security law. It will equip them to practice international criminal law before international tribunals or national courts. The one-year program is based at our law school, but students have the option of taking their second semester at an international tribunal. The degree is also available to American students on a part-time basis over two years.

The Criminal Law LL.M. Program builds on the School of Law’s strength in the interdisciplinary study of criminal law. One of the only post-professional programs in the United States devoted exclusively to the study of criminal law, this program has attracted lawyers from all over the world who intend to teach, do policy work, or work as prosecutors or judges in their home jurisdictions. They are advised by Professor Luis Chiesa, an internationally known criminal law scholar with extensive experience in Spain and Latin America.
