This course gives non-law graduates an understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks of the fields in which they work.

The LL.M. (Master of Laws) program in Chinese Law is a graduate law program offered by the KoGuan School of Law Shanghai Jiao Tong University, one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in China. The program has a focus on Chinese civil and commercial law and offers foreign law students and legal professionals an excellent opportunity to study Chinese law and legal processes and engage in Chinese and comparative law research.

The Master of Laws (Research) provides an opportunity for graduates to develop their research skills, deepen their knowledge in some area of the law and undertake original research. The degree is awarded to candidates who demonstrate competence in research, an understanding of research methods and an ability to make an original contribution to knowledge.

This course gives non-law graduates an understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks of their professional fields. Students come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, such as insurance, human resources, banking, finance and education, and work in roles where knowledge of the legal landscape is critical to their work.

The Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.; in Latin, Scientiae Juridical Doctor) Program, modeled on the Ph.D. programs in other disciplines, is designed for those seeking to pursue academic careers as teachers and scholars of law. This highly selective program is open only to applicants who possess a distinguished prior academic record in law, show promise of outstanding scholarship and demonstrate a high potential for completing a scholarly dissertation of the required quality.

The UTS Juris Doctor is an internationally recognised graduate-entry qualification for non-law graduates. As an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 9 master's qualification, this course meets the academic requirements for admission as a lawyer in NSW for graduates who have successfully completed a first degree.

This course is for qualified lawyers from jurisdictions outside Australia who are seeking admission to practise law in NSW. Based on an assessment by the Legal Profession Admission Board (LPAB) of the Supreme Court of NSW, UTS builds a tailored program of study for each student. Upon successful completion, students meet the academic requirements for admission as a lawyer of the NSW Supreme Court.

This course is for qualified lawyers from common law jurisdictions outside Australia who are seeking admission to practise law in NSW. Students complete 30 credit points of core subjects spanning ethics, property, constitutional and administrative law.

UTS has established expertise and a reputation for providing courses relevant to the needs of the patent and trade marks professions. The course fulfils the entire educational requirements for registration as an Australian trade marks attorney under the knowledge requirements of the Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board.

This course gives students the opportunity to build specialist legal skills in their area of professional practice, as well as theoretical and practical research capabilities as they relate to the study of the law.

The Law Faculty of Lazarski University (Warsaw, Poland) has ranked first among Polish university law faculties for the last seven years. Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary), founded in 1635, ranks as the leading law faculty in Hungary. The Center for Financial Law and Policy at Lixin University is based in Shanghai, China, Boston University School of Law (Boston, Massachusetts) was established in 1872 and ranks in the top 25 of more than 200 law schools accredited by the American Bar Association.

Maritime Law in DMU ranks first in China among all relevant programs in the field of maritime jurisprudence.

Founded in 1933, the Law Department of Yunnan University has been one of the earliest juristic schools in the southwestern area of China. In 1952, the department was moved to Chongqing on the basis of the national faculty adjustment, together with other law schools to form the Southwest College of Political Science and Law. In 1980, the Law Department of Yunnan University was rebuilt and began to enroll new students in the following year. In 1999, the law and economic law departments of the former Yunnan Junior College of Politics and Law merged into the new School of Law of Yunnan University, being the most crucial juristic education and research center in Yunnan province.
