Program overview
The Dual Admission Law program leads to a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor (J.D.). After students successfully complete the undergraduate degree program requirements, they will enter the professional degree program after three or four years of undergraduate study.
The law school dual admission program is available to students in all undergraduate majors. Undergraduate students should choose courses that will strengthen and hone their skills in three areas essential for success in law study:
- The ability to read complex material with a high level of understanding;
- The ability to think and reason logically and analytically; and
- The ability to communicate effectively, particularly in written work.
