Introduction
The postgraduate program has as its object of study Criminal Procedure Law and the Accusatory Oral Criminal System, which is why it is always at the forefront of current regulations which is changing in the current Colombian criminal procedure system.
The focus of the object of study aims to motivate students to resolve the problems posed by the new legal forms of Criminal Procedure and Human Rights and Humanitarian International.
